This chart shows how the new system would be organized. This is not a blueprint, but shows in basic terms how an Economic Democracy would function. All elected representatives, from either industry or the communities, can be immediately recalled by a majority vote of those who elected them. Elected representatives would have no other function beyond facilitating and coordinating production or assessing the needs and wants of their various communities and communicating and coordinating these needs with the industries and services. Representatives would have no special privileges and would be compensated no higher than the average worker.
